Returns & Refunds
We hope you’ll love your Nua patches — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. You can return your order within 30 days of delivery.
1. Right to Return
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To start a return, simply email us at hello@nua-beauty.cz with your order number and reason for return (optional).
2. Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used silicone patches.
- Please make sure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during shipping.
3. How to Return
- Email hello@nua-beauty.cz to notify us of your return.
- We will confirm your request and send you the return address and simple instructions.
- Ship the product back within 14 days of our confirmation. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund.

5. Refunds
- Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item (no later than 14 days after notification).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please include your bank account number in your return email so we can send the refund via bank transfer.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
